Daredevil to return to screens

It seems that Marvel are on a roll with their TV series ideas at the minute, with Agents of S.H.I.E.LD currently showing a successful second season and Agent Carter’s small screen adventures due to hit our screens soon, it made sense that they throw in another to make it a trio.

This time the heroics come in the red, shapely form of Daredevil which has been penned to air in the US in April which will hopefully mean it wouldn’t be too long until we see it land here in the UK. It was originally set to be released after the Avengers: Age of Ultron but looking at the teaser trailer released today, we might be treated to Matt Murdock’s stick wielding super hero by Easter.

Fans of the franchise will be pleased to see the character wasn’t completely killed off by Ben Afleck’s portrayal in the 2003 big screen outing which saw mixed reviews and any hope of a sequel out of the window, leaving the blind lawyer’s story untold. There are rumors this story-line will mix with other Marvel story-lines so there should be plenty going on.

The series is set to debut on Netflix on the 10th of April in the US so get those subscriptions ready and those hopes set high.
